- Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final. However, exchanges are allowed if the product is unopened, unused, and in it’s original condition. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. L&S Skin Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- How long does shipping take?Shipping times vary depending on your location. L&S Skin Care complete shippments everyday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
- Do you offer international shipping? At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates.
- Are your skincare products organic?Yes! L&S Skin Care products are made with organic ingredients and are formulated to suit all skin types and concerns.
- Are your products safe for sensitive skin?Absolutely! Our products are crafted to be gentle, but we always recommend performing a patch test before full use.
- Do you test on animals?No, all L&S Skin Care products are 100% cruelty-free.

11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering? I currently do not offer my products for wholesale, and if that changes in the future, they will not be intended for relabeling.
